How do you ensure security when deleting data?
We use ADISA-accredited tools that comply with the NIST SP800-88 guideline for secure erasure. We also generate detailed reports for each device and perform physical destruction using Degausser when software erasure is not possible.
What if a device cannot be wiped?
When a device is not suitable for software data erasure, we use a physical destruction or Dgausser degaussing process ensuring the data is rendered unrecoverable.
What kind of devices can you manage?
We manage all types of IT assets, including computers, servers, hard drives, printers and other electronic equipment, both for data erasure and for reconditioning or recycling.
Do you pick up equipment at any location?
Yes, we offer customised logistics for companies throughout the peninsula, adapting to the specific needs of each client, including the collection of material from upper floors or hard-to-reach places.
How is the equipment collection process organized?
We collect IT assets according to the client’s specifications, either pre-palletized or taking care of all the necessary logistics, such as packaging, palletizing and loading. We then transport all the material to our facilities for processing.
Can I get a data wipe report for the devices?
Of course, after each device has been erased, we provide a detailed report certifying that the data has been safely and irreversibly deleted, ensuring traceability of the entire process.
